As promised you can now access our new online ID card appointment web site. This tool represents a huge success for Joint Base Charleston as it integrates our total force (628 FSS, Navy PSD, & 315 FSS) onto a single web site serving as a focal point for all Charleston area CAC/ID/DEERS
service!
We highly encourage all customers to fully utilize this site. Those with appointments have 1st priority over walk-ins meaning they receive faster service and less time waiting!

After an appointment has been made
- Write it down on your calendar & set reminders
- Be sure to bring all required documentation as required (More info on site)
- Show up 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in
- You will be bumped & lose your priority status if not on time!
Cancellations / Rescheduling can be done online at the same site anytime 24 or more hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
