Join the AF Gaming Minor League

The Air Force Services Center has taken another step towards fulfilling its mission of a truly inclusive community for the Department of the Air Force with its introduction of the Minor League. The Minor League follows the same format as DAF Gaming League, but it is open to ALL members of the Department of the Air Force. 

This means you are eligible to participate if you are:

- DAF Total Force (Active Duty, Guard, Reserve)
- DoD Civilian
- USAFA & AFROTC Cadet
- Air Force & Space Force JROTC
- Civil Air Patrol Member
- DAF Veteran & Retiree
- DAF Dependent (ages 13+)
- a member of the US Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard assigned to a DAF Base

As a Joint Base, this inclusion is really awesome. We'd love to see Joint Base Charleston representing!

Here's the skinny:

The Air Force Gaming Spring 2022 Season is a multi-week competitive gaming program, consisting of leagues for 3 popular games. The program is structured like a sports season, with a regular season followed by playoffs and championship.

Players start by forming teams with other eligible players (from anywhere in their region). When the season starts, teams will play 1 match per week against others within their region (North America, Europe, or Asia Pacific). After several weeks, the top teams will advance to the playoffs. 

The Minor League which is open to everyone on base will feature Fortnite 2v2 and Rocket League 3v3 competitions. DAF Gaming League will feature Halo: Infinite 4v4 which is only open to DAF Total Force such as Active Duty, Guard, Reserves and DoD civilians on base.
