A creative way to stay fit. The PT Challenge is a seasonal program and generally runs through the spring and fall months.
PT Speed Golf
PT Speed Golf entails 2.25 miles (9-holes) of SPEED GOLF (no golfing skills needed). All equipment provided. Speed golf combines both running and golf. The goal is to shoot the lowest score in the shortest amount of time. Once your group has been divided into teams and set your rotation, as a team play one ball (each person hitting the next shot when it is their turn in the rotation). Your team then plays an entire 9-holes playing PAST each of the greens, NOT on them. The object is to hit the shot and then have the team run past the flag on the last green. The team with the lowest combined total (score+time) is the winner! Cost for this program is absolutely free!
This activity basically follows the same format as speed golf, except you are using a soccer ball instead of a club and golf ball. In addition, your team must kick the soccer ball into the FootGolf hole/cup prior to moving on.
For more information or to book your squadron's PT session, call (843) 963-1833.
Get Fit to Fight at Wrenwoods Golf Course!
Have you heard about FootGolf? It's a game played on a golf course, but
instead of golf balls and clubs, players use their feet and a soccer ball.
