Memorial Day at Short Stay

Head out to Lake Moultrie for an activity-packed Memorial Day on Saturday, May 28th!

A weekend out at our Moncks Corner recreation area is bound to be fun, but the folks at Short Stay have planned an extra special Saturday for visitors. 

Campers are encouraged to hang up their red, white, & blue for the Most Patriotic Site contest. Make sure to pack your flags, pinwheels, lights, and ribbons to share your spirit with visitors and campers alike. Channel your inner Griswold and impress your neighbors! (Just watch those amps.) 

If you have extra decorations, use them to gussy up your golf cart! There's a Golf Cart Glamour parade. Line up your carts in the store parking lot at 8am to show them off. 

We've got food trucks coming out, games to be played, and a street dance from 7-11pm. Bring chairs and a blanket and let the kids dance while you relax.
